Ownership

The grocery and food/drug retail arm of the Jim Pattison Group, headquartered in Langley, BC (19855 92A Ave). Established in 2021 when Jim Pattison Group food businesses (Save-On-Foods, Buy-Low Foods and Quality Foods, plus specialty and wholesale operations) joined forces under the new Pattison Food Group name; the former Overwaitea Food Group was renamed Pattison Food Group. Initially led by Darrell Jones, President of Save-On-Foods. It groups retail grocery banners together with wholesale (Associated Grocers, Van-Whole Produce, Bulkley Valley Wholesale), pharmacy (Pure Integrative Pharmacy) and distribution (Imperial Distributors Canada) operations, plus the Everything Wine banner.
