Vince's Market is a privately held independent fresh-food grocery chain in Ontario with stores in Sharon, Newmarket, Uxbridge and Tottenham. The business traces to a produce market started by the Vince brothers in 1956 and was later acquired by Carmen Trimarchi and Mario Testa. It is currently owned and operated by Carmen Trimarchi and his son Giancarlo. [1]
