Panchvati Supermarket is a privately held Indian-grocery chain founded by Bipin Patel and his wife Meena Patel, who immigrated to Canada in 2002 and opened the first store in Scarborough in 2004. The company operates several locations across the Greater Toronto Area, including stores that were previously run as Patel Brothers.
