Natural Food Pantry is a family-run health and wellness grocery chain in the Ottawa area, originally founded in 1981 by Roger Payant; his nephew Rick Payant joined in 1991 and took over the company in 2006. It operates multiple stores across Ottawa, including Billings Bridge, Westboro, Kanata/Stittsville, Barrhaven and Orléans. The business is independently owned and not affiliated with any larger grocery corporation. [1]
