Mike Dean's Super Food Stores (also branded Mike Dean Local Grocer) is an independent, family-owned grocery chain in eastern Ontario, founded when Mike Dean bought the former Laflamme's Grocery in Chesterville in 1976. The Dean family operates the business hands-on across stores in Chesterville, Bourget, Sharbot Lake, Campbell's Bay and Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette. It is independently operated and not part of a national grocery group. [1]
