Blue Sky Supermarket is operated by Blue Sky Corporation, a privately held company founded in 1999 that opened its first supermarket in North York (Toronto) in 2007 and later expanded with a larger store in Pickering. The stores are Asian-focused international supermarkets carrying Chinese, Filipino, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Indian, Caribbean and Western groceries.
